Governance Model
Owner-Led
Governance decisions are made by verified company owners. Owner status is carefully controlled - it can only be granted through admin invitation or explicit approval.
Democratic Process
Major platform decisions are put to owner vote. Each owner company gets one vote, regardless of size.
Admin Oversight
Platform admins handle day-to-day operations, member vetting, and rule enforcement. Admins are accountable to the owner community.
Transparent Rules
All platform rules are documented and publicly available. Changes require community notice and, for major changes, owner approval.

No self-registration. Every member goes through manual vetting.
Owners are explicitly designated by admins
Owner status cannot be self-selected. It requires admin invitation or approval.
Vendors cannot self-designate as owners
Vendor members have their own role. They cannot access owner-only areas.
No selling or solicitation inside member areas
Forums and community spaces are for genuine discussion, not sales.
No pay-to-play rankings or featured listings
Vendor directory is informational only. No paid placements or rankings.
Role-based access is enforced server-side
Technical controls ensure you only see what your role permits.
